Antonis  joined the firm in 2008 and has a well-established and dynamic practice in corporate and commercial law. He primarily focuses on private M&A transactions, advising corporates, investors and management teams on the acquisition and disposal of businesses across a wide range of industries.

Additionally, he advises on TMT and data protection matters, helping clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks and compliance issues, and also represents clients in commercial disputes, combining legal expertise with a pragmatic and business-oriented approach.
