Dr Robertas Čiočys is a partner with extensive experience in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions on both the sell and buy-side and also the formation of joint venture companies. Robertas has earned recognition for his work on private capital investment projects, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital projects across a variety of industries. His experience also includes advising clients and conducting due diligence for clients operating in utilities, transportation, TMT, retail, manufacturing and other sectors.
