Artur was involved in many business restructuring processes, most significantly group restructurings, including but not limited to corporate mergers and divisions. Artur was also involved in M&A transactions, including, in particular, the sale or acquisition of shares in companies in various economy sectors, as well as sale or acquisition of companies or their organised parts. 

Artur also has litigation experience, having represented clients in disputes before common courts of law, particularly in matters relating to unfair competition law, intellectual property, commercial law and civil law.
