Ive is specialised in M&A, corporate law and structuring, corporate compliance.

Prior to joining PwC Legal in October 2013, Ive gained more than 4 years’ experience by working in the corporate & commercial law team of PwC Belgium. Today, as a business lawyer, he works in all areas of corporate and commercial law.

He has been involved in numerous (large scale) group restructurings and simplification projects both national and cross border (including amongst others mergers / (partial) demergers, contributions, sales of lines of businesses, liquidations, etc.) as well as other aspects of corporate law (capital operations, share buy-back, etc.).

Ive also has extensive experience in drafting all types of commercial contracts (agency, contract manufacturing, franchise, JV,etc.) and has been involved in numerous asset / share deals where he assisted in the due diligence process and the drafting and negotiations of the transaction documentation.
