Pascale is Partner at PwC Legal and leads the firm's Employment Law team.

She brings over 20 years of experience of having worked with a full range of large and medium sized companies in different industries, which she assisted with advice on Belgian and international individual and collective labour law, executive reward and social security.

Pascale also has a strong expertise in relation to company restructuring (collective dismissal, closure and transfer of undertakings).

She holds a Master of Law from the University of Louvain (UCL) and a Postgraduate degree in American and English Business Law from the University Paris 1-Sorbonne.
