Valérie has been an attorney-at-law and director at EY Law since 2012. Valérie has extensive expertise in both corporate law and non-profit law, managing domestic and global reorganisations, with a keen focus on ESG and sustainability law. Valérie’s field of legal expertise includes:

- Corporate law

- Non-profit law

- Commercial law

- Contract drafting

- National and cross-border restructurings and reorganisations

- ESG/sustainability

Valérie is member of the Dutch Brussels’ Bar as of September 2012. Valérie is a regular speaker at seminars and the author of various articles on corporate, non-profit and ESG law.

Valérie graduated with a Master of Laws from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) in 2011. She subsequently obtained a Master of Economic Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2012.
