Dieter Gränicher is an of Counsel in the practice groups M&A / Corporate and Private Clients. He advises Swiss and international companies and individuals in these areas and represents them before arbitration tribunals and state courts. He also acts as an arbitrator, board member, and executor, and served as a notary until end of 2025 (including in the field of German notarial services).

He is experienced in complex contract projects and restructurings (shareholder agreements, outsourcing, and corporate transactions, etc.) as well as in extensive infrastructure projects (in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as the energy sector).

He is skilled and experienced in national and international commercial disputes, focusing on manufacturing, work, supply, distribution, and licensing agreements, as well as corporate disputes.
