Nathalie Herzog specialises in commercial litigation and arbitration. She advises and represents both domestic and international clients in complex legal disputes before state courts and arbitral tribunals.

Her practice focuses on disputes in contract, commercial and corporate law, as well as employment law. In employment matters, she regularly supports clients outside of court proceedings, providing comprehensive guidance on all related legal issues.

In addition, Nathalie Herzog advises and represents private individuals in matters of wealth and estate planning, business succession, and inheritance disputes, both in an advisory and a contentious capacity.

She is actively involved in various legal associations. In particular, she is an engaged member of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA), where she contributes regularly to committees and maintains an international professional network.
