Wenger Plattner

Nils Kern studied Law and Economics at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) and is an Attorney at Law in the practice groups Private Clients as well as Litigation and Arbitration. He advises and represents individuals, companies, foundations, and associations primarily in the areas of corporate law, contract law, inheritance law, employment law and liability law. When litigating in court, Nils Kern can draw on his experience at a District Court. As a former chairman of the Conciliation Authority, he also has experience in mediating legal disputes and conducting settlement negotiations.
