Wolf Theiss

Life Sciences, Corporate M&A. Joanna’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of corporate work including M&A, joint ventures, corporate restructurings as well as general commercial and corporate governance issues. She assists clients on regulatory matters related to pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food supplements, such as reimbursement procedures, price regulation, marketing and advertisement as well as assessment of compliance with legal regulations.

Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Joanna worked for an international UK-based law firm and completed a secondment at a Shanghai-based law firm.

Joanna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics at the University of Wroclaw and the Faculty of Law at the University of South Wales. She completed American law school studies in cooperation with Chicago-Kent College of Law as well as postgraduate studies of Chinese law at China University of Political Science and Law (中国政法��学).
