Partner, since 2001. Kurt has practiced in various fields of regulatory law including: Constitutional, international and EU law, fundamental rights, planning and environmental law, regulated industries (energy, telecommunications and rail), life sciences, insurance, defence, banking and finance, gambling law, compliance, data protection, infrastructure projects, aviation, as well as private clients. Since the mid-2010’s, international trade, export control, sanctions and foreign direct investment clearances have grown to become another key part of his team’s practice.

Holding degrees from Vienna University Law School and Yale Law School, Kurt started his professional career teaching constitutional and administrative law at the University of Vienna for five years.
