Genevieve is a private wealth lawyer who specialises in advising high net worth individuals and families in relation to their tax, trust and succession planning.  Genevieve worked in Switzerland for a number of years and the majority of her work has an international element.  She has particular expertise in tax planning for internationally mobile clients with complex and varied wealth holding structures.  Genevieve also works with trustees advising them on the establishment and management of trusts and other asset holding structures.

Genevieve achieved distinction in STEP’s Advanced Certificate in UK Tax for International Clients.  In 2022 she was included amongst ePrivateClient’s “Top 35 under 35” professional advisers in the private wealth industry.

Genevieve trained at Speechly Bircham LLP (now Charles Russell Speechlys LLP) from 2013 to 2015 in London.  She practised with that firm until 2021, moving in 2016 to the Zurich office, Switzerland. Genevieve joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove in 2021, becoming a partner in 2025.
