Juan Carlos Gil is an expert in contract law, corporate law, and succession planning, with a special emphasis on corporate succession. Mr. Gil is known for his skill in representing clients in state courts and arbitration panels. His fluency in German, English, and Spanish, along with a working knowledge of French and Italian, allows him to effectively assist a diverse international clientele.

Mr. Gil holds a law degree from the University of Basel and earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Economic Law and European Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has been practicing law since 1998 when he was admitted to the Zurich Bar. Over the years, he has worked with prominent law firms in Switzerland, Madrid, and London before establishing his practice in Zurich in 2004.
