Emanuel Hochstrasser is Of Counsel and focuses his practice on complex criminal and regulatory matters. He advises and represents clients in white collar criminal law and administrative criminal proceedings, including cases involving criminal organizations and terrorism related allegations. Emanuel brings decades of courtroom and judicial experience to every mandate. He previously served as a judge on Switzerland’s Federal Criminal Court, where he handled significant criminal matters at the federal level. This perspective gives clients a clear advantage when navigating investigations, enforcement actions, and proceedings that require strategic judgment and deep familiarity with how cases are evaluated.
