Victoria Aquino, specializes in litigation and dispute resolution processes including arbitration, mediation and dispute board, which involve financial and technical claims relating to major infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

She also assists clients in negotiating and drafting all major construction and consultancy contracts, as well as bespoke contracts. Victoria has a particular knowledge of FIDIC and NEC engineering and construction contracts.

Victoria is a lecturer in international construction contracts at the University of Paris II (Panthéon Assas), Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law.

Admitted to the Paris bar in 2014, she became Partner at Fidal in 2025.

Victoria holds a Master 2 in Real Estate and Construction Law (University of Paris II Panthéon Assas) and a MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution (King’s College London).
