Pérez-Llorca

Nicolle joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as an associate in the Tax Law department of the Lisbon office, with a focus on providing ongoing legal and tax advice to clients, particularly in relation to national and international investments, the tax structuring of M&A transactions, and corporate and financial restructurings.

Before joining Pérez-Llorca, Nicolle worked as a lawyer at a leading Spanish law firm, where she was part of the Tax practice, and previously as a tax consultant at a Big Four consulting firm. Her professional experience spans various areas of tax law, both domestic and international, advising individuals and entities on investment, restructuring and financing transactions in Portugal and abroad, with a particular focus on corporate income tax. Her work centres on the tax structuring of M&A transactions and corporate and financial restructurings across multiple sectors, including real estate, banking, energy and private equity. She also advises on tax litigation, personal and family wealth structuring and tax inspections.
