Pérez-Llorca

Francisco joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a lawyer in the Corporate/M&A team of the Lisbon office.

Between 2019 and 2023, prior to joining Pérez-Llorca, Francisco was part of the Corporate/M&A department of a prestigious Portuguese law firm. He has focused his professional activity on Corporate/M&A matters, advising national and international companies and business groups on a wide range of commercial and corporate law issues. His experience includes company incorporations, share purchase and sale transactions, shareholders’ agreements, mergers, spin‑offs and corporate reorganisations.
