Pérez-Llorca

Miguel joined Pérez-Llorca in 2024 as a lawyer in the firm’s Employment, Compensation and Benefits practice area. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as an associate at a renowned corporate law boutique in Portugal, where he was part of the Employment and Litigation department.

Miguel has more than 10 years of experience advising on employment law matters. Over the course of his career, he has advised clients on all aspects of employment, compensation and benefits, providing support both in day‑to‑day employment matters and in contentious scenarios. His experience includes disciplinary procedures, dismissal processes including dismissals for just cause, collective redundancies and individual redundancies as well as employment litigation and restructuring matters. He has also taken part in numerous employment audits and due diligence processes, assisting clients in navigating complex employment issues across a wide range of sectors.
