Pérez-Llorca

Joana joined Pérez-Llorca in May 2025 as counsel for Energy practice area. Before joining the firm, Joana was part of the legal services management team at the Portuguese Energy Services Regulatory Authority and served as an advisor to the Secretary of State for Energy.

Joana has more than 15 years’ experience advising national and international companies on energy matters, with a special focus on the regulation of the electricity sector, M&A transactions and project financing.
