Career

Rehoboth is a Senior Associate with the Firm’s dispute resolution practice group. Her legal practice currently centres primarily on civil litigation and arbitration.

Rehoboth has been involved in high-risk disputes bordering on financial crime, oil and gas, intellectual property protection, and aviation matters for international, multinational, and Nigerian conglomerates, before High Courts, Appellate Courts, and Arbitral Tribunals.

She currently advises business entities on commercial disputes and represents an international telecommunications company as a member of the team prosecuting and defending on its behalf, over 80 matters spanning across diverse areas of law in various jurisdictions in Nigeria.

She is a key member of the legal team advising a top-tier financial technology company on multiple investments in various sectors of the economy.  She also currently represents a client in an international arbitration proceeding commenced in Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Uganda, and Kenya against subsidiaries of an American retail giant for the unlawful termination of business acquisition agreements causing loss of anticipated earnings from the businesses in an amount over USD25,000,000.

Rehoboth is a member of a number of professional associations as the International Chamber of Commerce. In June 2023, she was an organizer/co-ordinator of the 7th International Chamber of Commerce Africa Conference, on International Arbitration which took place in Lagos, Nigeria.
