Career

Temidayo Adewoye is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution practice group at AELEX, where he advises and represents clients in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration, employment disputes, and white-collar criminal defence. His practice spans energy disputes, financial services, election petitions, and cross-border enforcement proceedings.

Temidayo has acted for multinational corporations, state-owned enterprises, and high-net-worth individuals in multi-million-dollar arbitration matters, including proceedings in Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and the United States. He has served as lead associate in real estate, employment, and commercial transactions and disputes and is known for his strategic approach to advocacy and his deep knowledge of public and private sector dispute dynamics.

Temidayo was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2016. A graduate of the University of Ibadan, he holds professional certifications from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). He is also a contributor to several international publications, including The Law Reviews, BusinessDay, the World Bank, and the International Energy Charter.
