Rebecca is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Governance, Corporate/Commercial, Regulatory compliance, Dispute Resolution, International Trade, and Company Secretarial practice groups. She regularly advises companies on compliance with corporate, statutory and regulatory matters as well as corporate governance. She regularly advises various multinationals on the framework for foreign direct investments in Nigeria. 

She is an expert in conducting legal due diligence. She was part of the team that advised a joint venture arrangement between the Nigeria government and a foreign satellite provider. She has participated in several incorporations, immigration formalities, restructuring of corporate organizations and winding up of companies.
