Eoin is a partner in the Litigation and Regulation Team at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP.

Eoin's focus is on regulatory, public administrative and commercial litigation.    

He has extensive experience in public administrative law, European law and statutory interpretation. He advises government bodies on their regulatory responsibilities and the conduct of investigations, and litigation. Eoin has acted in regulatory environments in the Financial, Energy and Telecoms sectors.

Eoin has also acted in a number of significant disputes before the Commercial Court including breach of contract/breach of warranty, shareholder oppression and landlord and tenant disputes.

Eoin provides regular training to clients on commercial and regulatory law issues and lectures in the Law Society.

Eoin is ranked as by Legal 500 as a Next Generation Partner in White Collar Crime and Dispute Resolution.
