Meet Ramunė Šaikuvienė, an Associate Partner with more than 17 years of experience in the field of employment law.

Ramunė is here to assist you with a wide range of workplace matters, including hiring, day-to-day employment issues and termination, wage and hour matters, pay equity issues, employment contracts, and COVID-19 related issues. She regularly prepares policies and handbooks for employers to ensure compliance with local laws and provides guidance to companies on employment related issues

Ramunė is also great to turn to when in need of representation – she has an abundance of experience defending employers in state litigation involving various cases, such as unlawful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage-hour violations, etc.

Ramunė regularly conducts training on all aspects of employment law and conducts or assists employers with investigations into employee complaints of harassment, discrimination, and unfair treatment.
