Meet Inga Neniškė, an Associate Partner with more than 9 years of experience in corporate law, contract law, M&A (mergers and acquisitions), insolvency and reorganisation, as well as on all other legal issues faced by businesses on a daily basis.

Inga is here to assist you with all corporate law issues, drafting and coordinating internal corporate documents, preparation of decisions of management bodies, letters of intent and the relevant contracts.
