Meet Arūnas Šidlauskas, a Partner with more than 30 years of professional experience of working as a tax and legal consultant, advising clients on both, national and international tax law issues. For 15 years he has worked in major audit and business advisory firms, such as Arthur Andersen and Grant Thornton.

Arūnas is here to assist you with all tax related matters, tax litigation as well as reorganisations and corporate restructurings. He has been successful in leading a variety of teams of lawyers in M&A transactions, tax, and legal due diligence.

Arūnas also holds lectures on tax issues and his articles are consistently published in professional publications and local newspapers.
