Her experience includes the transfer, lease and management of trade centres, logistic, industrial, residential, or commercial buildings.

Jolanta’s experience allows her to advise you on a variety of construction matters, ranging from drafting and reviewing complex lease, construction, FIDIC or development agreements, to representation in negotiations and disputes or before the relevant public institutions. You can reach out to her with any questions relevant to the real estate and construction sector, including matters of territory planning, special conditions for land use and compliance with sustainability requirements in the real estate and construction sector.
