Meet Olavi-Jüri, an attorney with more than 20 years of experience advising and representing clients in complex litigation, insurance law, tort law, damage claims, family and inheritance law, forensics cases and financial regulatory matters. Olavi-Jüri is persistent, consistent and resolute. He is a published scholar and lecturer in insurance and tort law. He is the author of several books on insurance law and dozens of research articles. In 2024 Olavi-Jüri authored a book in this field, Patsiendikindlustus: Kommenteeritud väljaanne, offering a comprehensive overview of medical errors, providing thorough explanations, and including analogous case studies. His book also discusses the vaccine insurance scheme, which has been in place for several years in Estonia under the Medicines Act. Olavi-Jüri is also a recognised lecturer in insurance law.

Olavi-Jüri has taken part in several significant and complex insurance disputes that have been solved. He has represented several insurance companies and prepared numerous insurance standard terms and conditions as an attorney.

Olavi-Jüri is the only person in Estonia who has defended a doctoral thesis on insurance law. He also has vast experience advising and representing clients in cases related to investigating and resolving complicated economic crimes.
