Meet Maris, a member of WIDEN’s dispute resolution and arbitration team. Maris assists WIDEN’s litigation teams attorneys in their daily work.

After having obtained her LLB in International and European Law and LLM in Competition Law in the Netherlands, Maris worked as a law clerk in Tallinn Circuit Court which sparked her interest in civil proceedings and litigation.

In law, Maris enjoys unravelling complex situations and finding solutions that balance multiple interests. She finds the constant challenge that law presents exciting, as it promises a career of continuous learning and growth. She is drawn to law because it offers not only intellectual rigor but also the opportunity to overcome real-world challenges that make a lasting impact.
