Guillemette is a corporate Partner and co-head of our Paris Global M&A and Capital practice.

She focuses on corporate transactions in relation to both private and public M&A deals in a domestic or cross-border context. She also advises clients in relation to corporate governance issues and the setting up of strategic partnerships and joint-venture agreements. Guillemette has developed a strong expertise in multi-jurisdictional carve-out, on a standalone basis or as part of a M&A transaction.
