Position
Jeannette Bravo joined the firm as a partner in 2026. She is Co-Head of ARIFA’s Corporate Counsel and 360 Legal Solutions Practice Group, a multidisciplinary team dedicated to assisting multinational and local clients with the establishment, expansion, and day-to-day operation of their businesses in Panama.
Career
Her practice focuses on labor and employment law, immigration, administrative and regulatory law, public procurement, industrial property, and corporate advisory services. With more than a decade of experience, Ms. Bravo advises multinational corporations, regional businesses, and local companies on workforce management, regulatory compliance, government relations, and operational matters, helping clients navigate Panama’s legal and business environment efficiently and strategically.
Ms. Bravo has the experience and capability required to advise clients in their dealings with government entities, ranging from straightforward supply contracts to concessions and complex public procurement agreements.
Her expertise also includes the legal structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), public procurement processes, regulatory frameworks, and contractual execution for large-scale projects in the transportation, sanitation, and utilities sectors.
Her combination of technical knowledge in public law and hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of infrastructure projects—from feasibility and structuring to tendering, award, and contract execution-positions her as a key contributor in organizations overseeing complex infrastructure projects, institutional coordination, and regulated public-sector environments.
