Celine Charlotte Holm-Salvesen specialises in tax and corporate law. She has comprehensive experience in reorganisations such as mergers, demergers, and transformations. She also assists regularly with advice to companies and boards, drafting of share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements and investment agreements, as well as general legal documents.

Celine has also extensive experience with the processes related to purchase and sale of companies and assists in due diligence processes within various sectors for leading players in Norwegian and international business, as well as large and medium-sized regional companies and owners.

Celine also works regularly with tax matters related to employee incentive programs, use of foreign employees and in connection with the foreign company’s operations in Norway. Celine also regularly assists insurance companies with tax reviews of companies in connection with M&A insurance.
