Maxime primarily advises on liability and insurance law, cyber and industrial risks, handling both litigation and pre-litigation matters, as well as advisory work.

He has developed recognized expertise in the strategic management of disputes and claims arising from cyberattacks or involving information and communication technologies. He assists the firm’s clients before all types of courts and independent administrative authorities in the aftermath of major technological or industrial incidents.

A member of the Paris Bar since 2016, Maxime holds a Master 2 in Digital Activities Law from Paris Cité University. After several experiences in Parisian law firms specializing in technology and media law, he focused his practice on insurance law and cyber risks in a leading specialized firm, before joining LPA Law in 2024.
