Typhaine Geoffroy is a counsel working in the real estate department Typhaine Geoffroy is a member of the Paris Bar since 2013. She specialises in real estate law and more particularly in leasing law.
She advises French and foreign clients, in particular institutional lessors (banks, investment funds, insurance companies, listed and unlisted companies) but also users in the health, industry, logistics, telecoms & cloud and hotel sectors. Today, she mainly advises on BEFA-type transactions, sometimes backed by ICCs.
She holds a Master’s degree in business law and taxation from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
