Louise has over 25 years litigation experience, with almost 20 years working closely with hospitals and clinicians solely in healthcare law matters. She is known for expertise in the defence of high value and highly sensitive clinical litigation, particularly catastrophic birth, neurodevelopmental and spinal injury cases with complex liability and care issues.

She specialises in fast-tracked cases and is skilled in undertaking swift and expert investigations to ensure that her client’s positions are not undermined by expedited trials. Louise also works closely with clinicians on regulatory and complaints matters.
