Michael is a partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team. He specialises in commercial litigation and dispute resolution and has acted for a wide variety of State bodies, financial institutions, and private entities in a variety of complex commercial disputes, insolvency matters, enforcement and recovery actions and personal injuries litigation. These disputes are generally progressed through the High Court or Commercial Court.

Michael has particular interest in alternative dispute resolution and has concluded numerous high value disputes through mediation.
