Lyn is a partner in the Healthcare team at Hayes solicitors. Her professional disciplinary work includes advising clinical practitioners and indemnity bodies before regulatory Committees of Inquiry. She advises professional regulators in the context of Fitness to Practise, registration and advisory matters.

Lyn  represents clinicians and healthcare enterprises in respect of the defence of medical negligence claims.

She is an experienced adviser on a wide range of legal and medico-legal issues. She advises medical practitioners, indemnity bodies, healthcare facilities and regulatory bodies in respect of a wide variety of issues, including reporting obligations, data protection issues and Freedom of Information, capacity, consent, confidentiality, mental health law and Medical Ethics/ Codes of Conduct.
