Cian is a partner in the Commercial & Business team at Hayes solicitors. He advises clients on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, mainly in the retail, hospitality, advertising and charity sectors.

He is highly experienced in drafting and negotiating  commercial agreements, drafting and advising on terms and conditions of sale and the legal aspects of marketing and advertising campaigns. His corporate work includes advising clients on shareholder and partnership agreements, the sale and acquisition of businesses, and company law compliance matters.

Cian has significant experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on shareholder disputes, contract disputes and enforcement.
