Tim is a partner and head of the Banking and Financial Services team at Hayes solicitors.

He advises clients on the structuring and implementation of a wide range of financing transactions, including corporate debt facilities, property acquisition and investment facilities, cross-border financings, bridging financing, receivables financing and invoice discounting and leveraged/acquisition finance.

He has represented borrowers and lenders across an extensive range of industries and sectors, including institutional and alternative lending, travel, technology, renewable energy, pharmaceutical, commercial and residential property, healthcare and telecoms.
