David has extensive experience in litigating fraud claims for claimants and defendants and has represented clients in fraud claims touching all parts of the world, including the international financial centres where he practiced for many years. His experience of litigating fraud claims extends to businesses in all sectors of the economy, from automotive parts manufacture to zinc trading, and includes obtaining and discharging freezing, disclosure and device imaging orders and orders to obtain information from banks and preserve evidence.

David’s corporate disputes practices ranges across LLP and partnership claims, shareholder and joint venture disputes and claims for breach of confidence and misuse of private information. David has acted on unfair prejudice petitions and derivative actions, and frequently advises corporates and their directors and senior executives on their duties and responsibilities. Together with members of Fox Williams’ employment team, David also represents clients in High Court litigation in respect of bonus claims and claims to enforce post-termination restrictive covenants.

David is committed to helping clients resolve their difficulties using legal and commercial solutions in a cost-effective way. He has received praise from clients for the innovative and constructive approach he takes to fees and pricing, including the use of litigation funding.
