Lucy specialises in strategically advising clients across the full range of intellectual property rights; including trade marks, copyright, passing off, patents, and designs. Lucy’s experience also extends to domain name disputes, confidential information, and advertising law.

Upon qualifying in 2011, she specialised in intellectual property and has worked within several leading IP teams in London. Her practice covers the securing, exploitation, and protection of IP rights across all sectors. Her specialist interests lie in emerging technologies, health tech, and sport.

Lucy enjoys handling complex IP disputes and working with clients to achieve their objectives. Lucy has settled IP disputes through various means, including correspondence, mediation, and the IP specialist courts and registries.
