Monika Bartosiewicz is a graduate of the Kozminski University and completed postgraduate studies at the University of Warsaw. She obtained her tax advisor license in 2008 and holds a certificate issued by the Minister of Finance authorizing her to provide bookkeeping services. She has been with Rödl since 2013. She is the Head of the CIT working group and a member of both the national VAT working group and the international VAT law group. In 2020, she was appointed Associate Partner, and since 2025 she has held the position of Partner.

Monika specializes in tax advisory related to international transactions (VAT, CIT), tax proceedings, and tax compliance. She represents clients before tax authorities and administrative courts and advises on fiscal penal matters. She is involved in mapping legal and business requirements related to VAT and CIT into IT system solutions.

She provides advisory services in Polish, English, and German. She is the author and co-author of book and press publications, including the VAT Commentary.
