Partner

Dominika Tyczka-Szyda is a graduate of Economics and German Philology at the University of Wroclaw. She also completed a post-graduate programme in Tax Consultancy and German Business Translation at the WSB University in Wroclaw. She is a Ph.D. student at the Wroclaw Unive​​rsity of Economics and Business, Faculty of Management, IT and Finance, Department of Public Enterprise Finance.

She has been with Rödl since 2010. She was appointed Senior Associate in 2014 and Associate Partner in 2017. She became a Partner in 2022. She has been in charge of Legal & Tax Consulting Department in Wroclaw and Rödl Poland Transfer Pricing Team since 2018.

She is a member of the Rödl’s international  transfer pricing​ team and working group within the Transfer Pricing Forum as well as MDR Officer (expert in reportable arrangements). She specialises in transfer pricing and avoidance of double taxation of corporate groups.
