Career

Wojciech is an attorney at law (adwokat) in Poland and an attorney at law in the State of New York. He is a graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan (law and history) and Harvard Law School in USA (LL.M.). He also studied at the University of Zurich. Wojciech defended his PhD thesis in constitutional law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.​ He graduated from the School of German Law run by Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan in collaboration with Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). He also graduated from the Center for American Law Studies at the University of Warsaw, partnered with the University of Florida. He also did an internship as an assistant at the Supreme Court of Israel in Jerusalem.

He has been with Rödl since 2025 when he joined as a partner.

Wojciech has nearly twenty years of experience in court and arbitration proceedings. He has participated in numerous proceedings before Polish courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings in Poland and abroad concerning a wide range of matters. His experience includes in particular advice on construction and real property disputes, disputes in financial and consulting sector, as well as life sciences. He also deals with white collar crimes as well as compliance and crisis consulting. He speaks Polish, English and German.

Wojciech teaches business law and the professional code of conduct and ethics for attorneys at law in classes for trainee lawyers. He is a judge of the Higher Disciplinary Court of the Bar Association. He also collaborates with the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights on its precedent cases programme and with other non-governmental organisations.

Wojciech is the author and co-author of publications on constitutional and procedural law published in Poland and abroad, including: Professional Secrecy of Lawyers in Europe (Cambridge University Press), Tajemnica adwokacka. Analiza konstytucyjna [Attorney-client privilege. A Constitutional Analysis], Odpowiedzialność dyscyplinarna oraz etyka zawodowa adwokatów i radców prawnych. He is regularly recommended by international, independent legal ranking Legal 500 as a leading dispute resolution lawyer in Poland (Leading Individual).​
