Andrzej has in-depth knowledge, backed by decades of experience, in advising on cross-border projects, tax planning, M&A structuring, litigating before tax authorities and courts, ensuring legal and tax efficiency for infrastructure projects and transactions on the financial and real property market.

He also provides advice on securitisation of receivables and on launching new financial products on the Polish market.

His long-standing experience allows him to gain full knowledge of the business environment and to understand the rules of the economic sectors in which his clients operate. Andrzej has particularly extensive experience in advising leading international and domestic companies of the banking, insurance, leasing sectors, real property operators, investment and private equity funds, retail chains, aviation and manufacturing companies.
