Partner - Jean-paul advises on mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, restructurings and complex corporate transactions for listed and unlisted companies (SMEs, mid-sized companies and large groups). He also assists with financing and capital markets transactions and has significant experience in complex negotiations, particularly in international contexts.

Jean-Paul Coudray joined Vivien & Associés in 2026 as a partner in M&A/Corporate team.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2006, he practices corporate law and M&A, as well as financial and capital markets law. After working with law firms specializing in capital markets and corporate law, he co-founded CNK ASSOCIES with Mohamed Naït Kaci in 2015, where he led the M&A/corporate practice.
