Siobhan Keown is the Head of Housing and Regeneration (Litigation) team and has over 30 years’ experience acting for registered providers and public sector housing clients. She is a highly experienced litigator with particular expertise in housing condition and liability claims involving registered providers.

Siobhan’s understanding of the social housing sector is enhanced by her experience as a former board member of a registered provider, providing her with valuable insight into the strategic and operational challenges faced by clients.

A former Senior Partner of the firm and long-standing Head of Insurance, Siobhan has an extensive record of leadership and strategic management. While she no longer undertakes day-to-day case handling, her primary focus is on overseeing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards of service and the effective alignment of legal support with clients’ objectives.
