Jo is a Partner within the Commercial Employment Team with over 20 years’ experience.

Jo has great technical knowledge and an ability to grasp complex legal issues which she is then able to break down to provide commercial, pragmatic advice to her clients.

In this role, she arranges the Forum’s Annual Employment Law Conference with exceptional speakers which in 2025 included the Regional Employment Judge for the North West and leading experts on National Minimum Wage laws and Trade Union/Industrial relations. She also regularly trains our key clients including Boohoo/Debenham’s Group and James Places, Nordex and writes and delivers interactive external training events in collaboration with Hays Recruitment and East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce including mock disciplinaries, workplace mediations and Tribunals.
