She specialises in the drafting of Wills and Trusts, Probate, inheritance tax planning including advising in relation to Agricultural and Business Property reliefs, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the Court of Protection Deputyship applications.

Elizabeth takes the lead on probate work within the team and has broad experience in dealing with almost every possible scenario in probate matters, including complex family situations and relationships, high value estates, estates including overseas assets, estates including agricultural assets, intestacies, insolvent estates, applications for a variety of limited grants of representation, estates with ongoing trust arrangements and estates with agricultural and  business succession issues. Elizabeth also has significant experience in advising High Net Worth individuals in relation to estate planning and Wills.
