Gemma is a Partner in the commercial team and has significant experience in the areas of governance, procurement and data protection from her time working in both the private and public sector.

Gemma started at Forbes as a Senior Associate in 2019, progressing to Partner in May 2022. Having begun her career in private practice and then working in-house for a local authority for 10 years, Gemma is a 'Public Sector' and education expert with vast knowledge and experience in a wide range of areas.

She regularly advises on complex matters relating to the public sector including procurement, governance, education, contracts and information law and is a vital contributor to a dedicated team, known for their prominent profile as leaders in education and the public sector.
